Dry Grad Waiver Information

​​We are required, by our insurance company, to have a signed waiver for any student attending Dry Grad.  

This waiver will act as your ticket for Dry Grad. It must be signed by the student and parent/guardian (Students 18 years and younger will need parent/guardian consent)
A paper copy of the waiver must be presented at the registration table, digital copies will not be accepted.

Some schools may have printed copies of the waiver available for students but it is not the schools responsibility to provide you with this waiver or ensure it is signed. It is the students responsibility to have the waiver signed and present it at Dry Grad sign in.
